Certain Email providers block emails automatically from selected sites, this can be a problem if your awaiting any emails from ourselves for either activating your membership or for notification alerts for emails onsite. To make sure you recieve all the emails from us that you require please add us to your address book.

If you are unsure how to go about this or require a little help then check the following information.

If you have already signed up to us but are not recieving your emails, then please contact your email provider, their usual contact address would be postmaster@ (your email provider, yahoo, msn, hotmail, aol etc)

For MSN/Hotmail

• Sign into your MSN/Hotmail account
• Go to "new" in your options list, select "Contact"
• At this screen you should enter our email address contact@matchmeuk.com

For Yahoo!

• Sign into your Yahoo! account
• Click on Addresses
• Click on "Add contact" you will then be asked to fill in a form, you only need to enter a nickname and email address, our email is contact@matchmeuk.com
• Scroll down the page and click on "Save"

For AOL

• Sign into your AOL Account
• Click on "Addresses", choose "New" and then "new contact"
• You should now enter our email address, contact@matchmeuk.com
• Click save

Other Mail providers

If you use any system were email's could end up in the junk folder or even trash cans, please mark these as non spam

If you use another email provider then the usual ones shown here, such as outlook, outlook express or a web-based provider, then simply follow the usual navigation options for creating a new contact into your address book, most applications have very similar options as shown here.
